§1 Free Trial
New Customers may start with a free trial period (currently 7 days) with full access to the Portal. You can cancel at any time during the trial via your account settings or by emailing us — no charge is made if you cancel before the trial ends.
If you do not cancel, the trial automatically converts into the paid plan you selected at signup and is billed via the payment method you provided.
§2 Cancelling Your Subscription
LAE Membership has no minimum contract term. You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time via your account settings or by emailing info@lae-market-services.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current, already-paid billing period — you keep full Portal access until then. We do not issue partial refunds for the remaining days of an already-paid period, without prejudice to your statutory right of withdrawal below.
§3 Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
Consumers can withdraw from their subscription within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason, and receive a full refund.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the subscription contract was concluded. To withdraw, simply email us at info@lae-market-services.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You do not need to give a reason.
This right applies in full regardless of whether or how much you have used the Portal during those 14 days. The complete legal terms and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Terms & Conditions (§9).
§4 How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your request. Refunds are handled through our external payment service provider.
